To the west of Colorado Springs sits a small town called Woodland Park. The road to Woodland Park winds through the mountains and is fun to drive. The State Police patrol the stretch between the towns heavily. They like to ruin the fun.
Despite the police along the way, my daughter and I drove to Woodland Park. I wanted to show Anastasia the dinosaur museum there.
There are many theories about why dinosaurs became extinct. I think paleontologists make guesses but don’t know anything. The sign has the right answer:
