BNSF 5368

I know: a lot of trains lately.

Over the weekend, Wendi and I went to see the Deborah Butterfield exhibit at the Denver Botanic Gardens this weekend. I’ll have pictures of that coming. I’m sure you’ve never had the problem of an overwhelming number of photos to process? I took a lot of photos, so expect to see those soon.

But in the mean time, here are a couple of locomotives in an interesting consist. The Lead locomotive is a BNSF GE Dash 9-44CW. The second one is a Union Pacific SD70MAC. The two railroads are the two owners of the Colorado Joint Line, ostensibly competitors… but it would seem not too fiercely competitive.
