Initially, I found the new universal photo app in Windows 10 to be close to useless. I don’t like how it organizes my photos, and I really like the Windows Picture Viewer for looking at photos. But I found that it does something I’ve had a hard time learning to do in other photo-editing apps: de-saturating only certain sections of the photo.
This photo is the result of playing with that app, and I think it looks spectacular. I think BNSF railroad should do a few locomotives in this color scheme. Mr. Buffet? What do you think?
